What to include
Mention the tool name, browser, device, the step that failed, and the exact error message. A non-confidential sample file is helpful only when you have the right to share it.
Do not send sensitive documents
Do not email identity documents, contracts, financial records, health information, passwords, or other confidential files. Describe the structure of the problem instead.
Email is separate from anonymous analytics
Self-hosted Umami analytics does not receive your email address, support message, file name, or document contents. If you email us, the address and information you choose to send are handled only as a support message. For privacy questions, contact help@amrrk.com.
Response expectations
Messages are reviewed as capacity allows. The address does not provide emergency, legal, or guaranteed response services.
