Limits and compatibility

Results depend on the source. Image-heavy scans, already-compressed files, embedded fonts, and complex transparency can limit savings or change quality.

If the result is not what you expected

Compare the result at 100% zoom and test text selection. If quality drops too far, repeat with a less aggressive setting or process only the problematic pages.
